Return & Refund Policy

At Femmora Kenya, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return terms apply.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for used items damaged due to misuse, perishable goods, personal care items once opened, or clearance and final sale items.

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact support@femmorakenya.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Femmora Kenya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
